CJS ESTATES LLC - Mobile Notary Services Department serves the general notary and apostille service needs of residents, businesses, senior living homes, medical facilities, and inmates in detention facilities in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, parts of Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties in California. We will also service other areas in California upon request. We will travel to where ever you need us (work, office, public parking lot, curbside, hospital, jail, prison, anywhere).

We notarize many types of documents that require or need notarization such as All types of Affidavits, Declarations, Deeds, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Authorization Letters/Forms, Wills, Healthcare Advance Directives, Divorce Documents, Agreements, Contracts, US Visa Letters of Invitation, Letters of Support, Passport Documents, Consent Letters/Forms, Subdivision Maps, Affidavits of True Copy of (Birth, Death Marriage, and other documents), Prison Notary, Jail Notary, and more.

All signers must be present with either a US state ID or license, a US Passport, or a Foreign passport stamped by the CBP or USCIS.

**For hospitals, medical facilities, courts, jails, and prison notary services, please choose the area where the facility is located.

**For notary only appointments, each service includes either One or, if stated, Two signature notarizations and up to One hour appointment time. **Additional signatures will be subject to notarization fee of $13 per signature, excluding included signature notarization(s) with service Notary Appointment Prepayment Booking Fee. Apostille services are priced as listed. If the document(s) need to also be notarized, it will be $15 per signature.
